    You're assuming: A) Biagini would be a decent SP (He likely isn't) In which case you have to spend money on pitching The White Sox are willing to trade Eaton C) White Sox would want Stroman. What if they say no and want Sanchez instead?

    Certainly seem to like him more than any other teams. They were connected to him at the deadline last year IIRC too.

    And that was before knee surgery... He's still great value at league min. but he certainly shouldn't be leading off next year. Hopefully he can turn some groundballs into flyballs too.

    Well MLB's proposal was to raise the age of international players being drafted to 18 and wanted the players to workout at an MLB facility for 2 years once they turn 16. Thats a massive fundamental change.

    Are MLB teams going to take in these players when they are 14? Because thats what would need to happen. Unless it came out of revenue sharing there is no way teams are going to pay for that. There would be a ton of costs to pay for the infrastructure, security (going to need a ton in Venuzuela), and scouts to go find these kids. Owners would never agree because they want a draft to save money, building these academies costs even more $.

    If the Canadian dollar rose above the US dollar I could see it close to 200M but the chances of that happening are quite slim.

    I was working that show and it was completely different lol. There were a few regulars (STH have option to buy every event) but there were a lot of the demographic I mentioned earlier. Now please tell me you weren't one of the people wearing a WWE championship belt...

    I worked at a Smackdown show and 80% of the crowd were hillbillies with chained wallets and/or ripped sleeve tank tops. Also saw more than a fair share of people walking around with fake WWE belts on. Sure there are going to be smart people in the crowd but the majority seemed to be of the uneducated variety.

    I love Stro but would trade him for Eaton in a second. Eaton has an additional year of control and will only make 28.4 Million the next 5 years. While Stroman is really good he's still a pitcher after all.

    I bet they could dump Martin's contract right now and not eat any money. He's still a really good Catcher. Can't see them moving him though because in any scenario the team would be worse. Navarro is likely replacement level or worse so you lose 3 Wins and you aren't getting those wins back on the FA market.

    Not really a sport but WWE fans would take it hands down. If you ever saw Making a Murderer thats exactly what the entire crowd is like, minus a few kids.
