    Just for fun not that they would do it, I'd trade Swanson and his control years, and his 4 FIP and 0.3 WAR to SEA to rent Teo to DH and improve our chances vs LHP. Surely as a reliever Swanson is replaceable at the deadline or with Greene. He has been fine but he isn't an elite pen arm. Plus Schneids used and abused him lol.

    Not sure what Hunter brings. Aside from the hose, he adds little D value and hasn't exactly raked LHP. Useful piece I suppose depending on price.

    Jarring is right. We just traded Moreno to get Varsho only to move him...and then to throw in Orelvis and Ricky. I get Jonn isnt saying we would go for it. So there isn't much point discussing it then. Varsho plus one of those two probably does it. Still not sure its worth it for us if Varsho can ever get back to 4 WAR player.

    Hate the lack of communication on that come backer to Yimi. They should go over that before the ball is hit. They do that in 15U Take the W and go get another.

    Biggio 1/5 and average goes up with that rocket. Kirk can even end that rally in '23.

    Not really. Negative D value with like a 115 wRC+. Just not enough bat to be worth it in my view. If he could get back to the 125-134 wRC+ seasons he had early on then he would be. He is in kind of the same boat as Teo on their next deal. Bats for hire. At least Teo's D numbers this year are not bad on OAA.

    He is remarkably consistent. His wRC+ in '23 is the same as '22 and matches his career number. His HR total last year was an anomaly. Hamate bone. Someone will give him 3/40 ish as a bat. Still shake my head that ChiSox gave Benentendi 5/75. He is only 28 but feels like he has been around forever.

    With Trout and Rendon down LAA need to move Ohtani at the deadline for a haul. Its the right business move for the franchise.

    17th in MLB runs per game. Just ahead of the Yankees whose line up has been absolutely decimated by injuries. Very frustrating offense to watch.
