  8. Molina ate himself out of the city
  9. Hes a zero war player.
  10. Great AB pillar
  11. Agree he's a significant upgrade over Valencia and the swinging hinge Pillar
  12. Defence is the difference in this game. The two teams are night and day different The blue jays are trying to smash square pegs into round holes while the orioles have defenders who can play MLB quality defence at each position Stroman is getting burned by the sub par defence behind him
  13. Either he's mlb player or not
  14. Defence is too good by the orioles
  15. That bunt attempt from d'arza get him a base hit Tolleson moved in to the grass. Line drive just over his glove. At normal depth it's an easy out Would like to see how many sac bunt he's had all year. Seemed like an over reaction to move in to the grass Small things like this and baltimore's superior defence get the orioles ahead of the jays
  16. Send Reyes to Buffalo and try to get him to retire. He's a 6million a year DH with no defensive range - even less than the mascot Saki
  17. His defence is not adequate for 2b either
  18. from Baseball prospectus.... *** Dalton Pompey, OF, Blue Jays (MLB) Pompey has been a nice surprise this year. Not so much in regards to identifying the raw tools and what they indicate for his overall potential, but in how quickly things have clicked for a player who was just finishing up his first full-season campaign a year ago. The rise has been rapid for the 21-year-old, culminating in a call-up to The Show after stepping through three levels during the season. I didn’t expect such an ascent from Pompey when catching him in Double-A directly following his promotion. The tools stuck out, but there was still a raw look to his overall game that led me to believe it’d take time for him to find his footing in the Eastern League. He's a good example of a prospect riding the developmental wave, confidence helping sustain his success. Whether Pompey breaks camp with the Jays or returns to Triple-A next year for more seasoning remains to be seen, but this year has gone a long way toward establishing him within Toronto’s system. –Chris Mellen
  19. Looks like barreto is going to be pushing hard to pass Lugo. His performance seems to dictate that
  20. team defence was strong up the middle especially - White, Alomar, Lee (92, Fernandez 93)
  21. I think Hendricks arm just fell off 35 pitches in 2/3 of an inning
  22. Lind = professional hitter (vs right handed pitching)
