    Fires hit Stanton then Johnson after warning issued but no suspension Discanfiil got 3 games after hitting guy after warning Workman got six game after headhunting after warning issued Stroman - no warning. Did not go at him again after pitch missed. He responded to chirping from Baltimore bench. How can they determine intent? Very interesting 6 games makes no sense. Not consistent

    so we have a RF with a good arm, but limited range who refuses to move to 3B (although he has said this year he will play where the team needs him) We have a SS with limited range due to declining speed (and injuries) but refuses to DH or move positions (although I don't think he can play 2B either) WE have a 1B - EE, who prefers to DH because he is embarrassed by how bad he is defensively and can better prepare for his next AB in the clubhouse What the f*** kind of team do we have? that's not a team its a bunch of guys playing exhibition games for fun and acting like spoiled, overpaid slow pitch players if its true that the manager and GM can't play guys where they think the team will be helped most, then I am ready to move on and cheer for a competitive team that wants to win

    Reyes is virtually UNtradable. No one will take him. His defensive metrics are horrible. Blame it on being injured if you want, but its not going to get better as he ages. if you can find a sucker to take him like the Angels took Vernon a few years ago, go for it. Jump at that as quick as you can, because you aren't going to win with him as a pylon at SS

    5 years already in Cuban league - therefore does not fall into international signing pools and teams like the Yankees, Redsox can take a run at him I'm being very greedy and want both Melky and Thomas - f*** Rogers they can afford it. Get the fans excited again!!!

    its a dream. Valencia and mayberry are both under control I think. Maybe keep both and go with 11 pitchers??? but Valencia becomes redundant with Lawrie active doesn't he? when they don't sign Yamani Thomas, who knows what AA will pull out from his bag of tricks? another buy low candidate I would guess hope it isn't Valencia as full time 3B with Lawrie at 2B. Valencia is not an upper division starter

    I posted this in the Reyes 2015 thread already, so if you've read this already - my apologies As a dreamer, here is my ideal position player off season... sign Cuban FA Thomas for RF, re sign Melkey for LF, move Jbats to 3b, Lawrie is full time 2B. Gose/Pillar platoon in CF. Lineup would look like this 1. Reyes SS (as much as I hate typing that) 2. Melkey LF 3. Bautista 3B 4. Lind DH (with mayberry platoon) 5. EE 1B 6. Navarro C 7. Thomas RF 8. Lawrie 2B 9. Gose CF (with Pillar platoon) bench Izturas (Goins would be ideal, but Izturas makes too much) bench Mayberry bench Pillar Bench Thole now as for pitching......

    defensive numbers tell a different story. Fwar is good because he is playing SS, but he plays a horrible SS
