    A quick search tells me I've responded to Smokey exactly 10 times in the 2.5 years that I've been a member of this forum (including the comments in this thread) despite the fact that at least 30 of his 500+ comments have been directed at me. I'm not the one with the rehashing issue here. He's been begging for my attention for a long time, and while I ignore him on most occasions, I wasn't going to pass on the low-hanging fruit this time around, considering the irony in his little outcry.

    For those of us that aren't functionally retarded, it doesn't take hours to quickly skim over the front page of a subreddit and repost something pertaining to the Jays on a Jays forum. Unlike you, not everybody here has a "useless" life to waste away trolling an online forum. This might come as a shock to you, but some people actually come here to discuss and read news about the team.

    FanGraphs projections have them second (11.3%) to the Dodgers (18.6%) but season-to-date stats have them as the #1 by a mile (Cardinals come in at 14.4%, behind the Jays at 20.5%).

You're part of a "group" that contains a guy who makes several different accounts to talk to himself, a guy who's accidentally dated trannies, and BigBounceyBlueBalls. Frankly, I'm not the least bit surprised. But using avatars of a creepy 70-year old and using nicknames like "fluffy" to try and antagonize a stranger on an online baseball forum at 10 am in the morning... You're a total alpha.

    Player A hit a solo home run in a game tied 7-7 in the top of the 12th. His team went on to win 8-7, and Player A represented the winning run. Player B hit a solo home run in a game where his team was leading 7-0 in the 8th. His pitchers went on to allow 6 earned runs in the following half of the inning, but managed to hold the lead the rest of the way. His team went on to win 8-7, and Player B represented the winning run. Why did one home run matter more than the other? A run is a run is a run. Until the day comes where the umpires allow the leading team to bat in the bottom of the 9th, there is no such thing as a redundant run.

    No. Why should he get or lose credit based on whether the rest of his team was great or s*** that day? He delivered the best outcome he could, through the elements he could control. The rest doesn't matter.

    I use Photoshop CS6, but I didn't make this one. Yankees fans on reddit always use the original Costanza version of this picture every time they win, so some Jays fan pasted Bautista's head on it and started a GIF-war between the two subs.
