    Rene Rivera isn't a bad backup option either. He isn't as great as Castro but could be cheaper and accept a backup role.

    With a rotation of Stroman, Sanchez, Estrada, Happ and Lariano, I don't see how Dickey and Thole are "hard decisions".

    I like Gibbons the person, not a fan of Gibbons the manager. At the end of the day, he hasn't done anything to be fired. Questionable moves? Sure. Fireable? Not at all. If he is fired and Bud Black is brought on, that'd be gravy but not betting on it.

    Disclaimer: Yes, I know the season isn't over and no, I am not overreacting. What are people's thought of trading Osuna? I was peaking into the UFA market and forgot how many relievers are UFAs - Chapman, Jansen, Melancon. Given how much Miller got, Ounsa could get a decent piece from say ... the Nationals if they can't sign one of those 3. Osuan for Robles would be nice for the future.

    What list of names are available in a trade? What would the Jays be willing to give up? Isn't this more of a reason to QO Saunders? I def like the idea of signing Pearce. Think Boxy noted it earlier as well, but not sure if he signs here.
