    He was and I believe even asked about it, he flat out said he doesn't want to play in the CFL. I guess he would rather not play at all than play for the CFL.

    Probably more like 25 teams ahead of them. Only teams lower than the Red Sox are Blue Jays, Indians and Rangers.

    Pretty much anyone in the division should want to play spoiler, they know what we know, as long as it doesn't cost them anything, why not play spoiler? It's clearly a possibility, otherwise Thole wouldn't clear his locker.

    You don't need to waste a spot, claim him and DFA him a day later.

    There is a decent chance Martin will end up catching Dickey, that will screw his offense and his health, win-win for Boston.

    He seemed unlucky with the results but he also had a hard time putting hitters away, lots of AB's where the hitters were fouling off 7+ pitches.

    Someone who goes through all that trouble to actually file a lawsuit would most likely have their facts straight up. It's going to be about the small he said she said things that you cannot prove that will probably force it into some kind of a deal between them (if there is any merit to it).
