    That's true but the Argos actually average one of the highest ratings in the league, most of their games get more than 1mil viewers and a few weeks back where they had Raptors, NFL and Argos at the same exact time, the Argos still got close to 1 mil while the Raptors got like 50k and the NFL got like 300k. I think it was middle of the week. Ratings are the reason why TSN bought the rights for the CFL and are pumping some money into the teams that should make all of them profitable going forward.

    I'm pretty sure the CFL has better ratings than the Jays.

    If AA trades away either Stroman or Sanchez, he's dumb. Both of them are closest thing we got for an ace right now.

    We also know that AA somewhat cares about the future which is why he didn't trade Sanchez so far. Anyway, pointless talk, we don't control anything.

    With all the respect to Farrell, i really doubt he had much to it. I still think Gibbons is better. The club on the other hand, it's pretty clear we are no where near to the Red Sox as a club. I guess only time will tell.

    If that was true then Goins is useless. The only value Thole seems to have is his glove with Dickey.

    I guess we will know sooner or later if that was a bad call or not. If it was, it will probably be AA's head that will come off next year.

    You're instead of your is a spelling problem, not reading comprehension. Reading comprehension is when you don't understand the content of the text. Besides, did you see how many people use the word then instead of than? You should go after them too.

    Thing is, i'm pretty sure he spends most of his time preparing as a catcher and only then he's preparing as a batter. So in theory if you do put him on 1B/DH, he might show you what he got (or not)

    Until he becomes the next MVP and then we are all going to cry and blame AA.

    Interesting, so when JP has a plus year on defense he sucks big time, when he has a plus year on offense, he's just below average. On the other hand, if it means that JP can have a plus glove and we all know about his potential with the bat, there is no way in hell that AA will give him up.

    I was shocked when i saw we traded Gomes, i really liked him last year, can play many positions including catcher and was pretty good at it and looked enough with the bat. Last year Gomes had 68 WRC+. To be honest i kinda feel the same way about Goins BUT (that's a huge but) i may be a little bit biased cause of the huge difference in defense that Goins gives over Boni.

    I think it's more than overpaying, it's about setting precedences to give players huge Yankees like contracts. If he would have paid Reyes as a free agent, do you think EE and Bautista would agree to the contracts they have now? I doubt it.

    Doesn't sound like AA wants to part with JP, but then again, would he really say that even if he did? Probably not.

    Common, you know i'm for real... Drew had a long time to get his major league hitting to where it's at, Goins had a little over a month. IF Goins is given major league time, he might give you similar production, their line drives are similar.

    Right now Goins numbers are still out of whack (for better or for worse) so it's not unreasonable for him to be similar to Drew in terms of production.
