  1. I would imagine Upton has just as good if not better of an arm than Saunders. He used to have a cannon back in the day.
  2. What's the difference? I'm pretty sure they have the exact same positional adjustment, it's not like the wall in RF at Camden Yards is noticeably more difficult.
  3. I'm guessing Gibby will go with Benoit. If it happens we'll all be clenching the entire time, but that's the way it will go.
  4. Are you sure? I'm willing to believe that if he was completely healthy he still would look like that in the outfield, he's awful.
  5. He got groundball singled to death, and even one groundball double. He wasn't top notch in terms of swings and misses, but overall it was a good start where it matters. Some batted ball luck and his line would look a lot better.
  6. For a good defensive outfielder with speed, Upton sure doesn't seem to be giving 100% all the time. He just casually jogs over to the ball a lot.
  7. Thole cannot frame a pitch.
  8. Every groundball is going by, just awesome.
  9. It's pretty weak contact, soft line drives, weakly hit grounders finding holes.
  10. Could someone please swing at a fastball down the pipe with 2 strikes? Jesus Christ.
  11. f*** sakes Thole, that wasn't a hard block.
  12. What the f***? He put his entire elbow in the strike zone, how is that allowed?
  13. Gustavo Chacin wasn't half the pitcher Liriano is lol.
  14. 7 strikeouts and 4 walks through 5 innings. Vintage Liriano.
  15. Excellent pitch right there. Liriano has been pretty much as advertised.
  16. Well it's a good thing they recognized that Pat Dean is pitching.
  17. So those first two strikes were pretty bad. Seems like the ump has a shifted strike zone, it better be consistent at least.
  18. Yeah Smoak! For whatever reason he seems a lot better hitting from the right side this year.
  19. The Reds beat the Dodgers 9-2 and then 11-1 in consecutive days, s*** happens.
