  1. Best charge taker in the league and it's not close.
  2. How are we still winning, and more importantly how are we still winning by this much.
  3. The refs are so bad that it's just embarrassing. He went down screaming in pain and play carried on like nothing lol.
  4. I feel like you guys are gonna be mightily shocked when Kimbrel ends up with 5/75 or 4/70. He is going to be paid handsomely.
  5. Heh, we didn't get blown out in that quarter, neat. This was fun, I'll enjoy this brief occasion.
  6. Awesome game, Lowry finding his shooting stroke at the end of the third.
  7. It probably won't last but that was our best quarter in quite a few games. The whole team was clicking as opposed to only one or two players.
  8. There's this Machado guy they have their eye on.
  9. The Phillies are interested in literally every free agent in the market it seems. Would be happy with either Lynn or Happ on reasonable deals, though the latter has stated he's looking for 3 years which might put us out.
  10. Does that officially close the book on the Marlins trade?
  11. Good players are getting paid, which Cutch despite not being in his prime still is. I wonder if the deal is evenly spread out or it's front/back loaded.
  12. This is a terrible take, did you even look him up before making this claim?
  13. Ugh Syndergaard is going to end up a Yankee, f*** my life. Great going AA.
  14. I agree haha. I'm sure he'll be over it, just super frustrating to watch while he struggles like this.
  15. This is the worst I can remember Lowry on the Raptors. His shooting is garbage right now.
  16. It's pretty much just as simple as making the shots they should be making. We're good at moving the ball and getting open looks, just can't rely on Kawhi to be the only one making shots, Kyle in particular is in a big slump, he needs to come back, and I'm positive he will. On the bench, VanVleet needs to find his groove ASAP, CJ needs to stop being a black hole, and OG needs to find some consistency. Make the usual shots and this is a win, our defense and offensive flow will take care of the rest.
  17. I love this.
  18. Ironic
  19. Except for the freak of nature that was Randy Johnson from 2000-2004, Halladay was probably the best pitcher of the 2000s, I think that distinction alone should be enough to make him a first ballot. Where someone like Mussina, who certainly deserves to be in the Hall, was never the best pitcher in baseball, Halladay was. Obviously Clemens has a significantly stronger case, as does Schilling and some others, but Roy's consistent excellency in my eyes makes him a first ballot guy, despite the early retirement.
  20. Didn't see this posted: Nice deal for the Twins.
  21. He's definitely ramping up to near 100% and I agree with you that there's a bit more that he'll show yet. You could see it in some of his fast breaks and those electrifying dunks.
  22. Valanciunas completely dominated Embiid, he made him look like a rookie
  23. Kawhi Leonard is unreal.
  24. Not to mention him going to a historically successful team and having their worst season in two decades. That's not entirely on him though, the Spurs have had awful injury luck, old players and a poorly constructed team for today's game.
  25. We still can't make threes - except Kawhi, bless him - but our defense has been superb, amazing effort in that second quarter to battle back and take the lead despite usual shots not falling.
