Not necessarily, unless he and Jose Ramirez don't come back at full strength. They project about 10 wins total or roughly 8 WAR above the next closest team in their division, the Twins. If they lose both for half the season the division is bad enough that they can still stand atop the AL Central or be a few games back from first, and they can always panic trade a starter or prospect for a decent interim replacement. The bottom 3 teams in that division are dumpster fires, the Twins are the only ones that can really bother them and they don't quite have the high-end/high ceiling talent to completely pull away while Cleveland is down in the dumps.
