  1. Feel free to state your opinion. Others will then promptly s*** on your opinion if it's a bad one.
  2. Vogelbach against a high strikeout lefty went exactly as expected.
  3. Chase Anderson has struck out the side both times. Negative FIP and xFIP. "hittable"
  4. He struck out the side in the first lol.
  5. Robbie Ray is Patrick Corbin if the latter had 30 control. We were already comfortable with losing Bergen last season and even after getting him back from the Giants we used him for 1 inning. This is a great acquisition, costs us nothing and gives us a guy with good upside who can slot into the bullpen as a lights out lefty if he still has trouble during his starts.
  6. (Fantasy owner disclaimer) Akin isn't necessarily as awful as some of the other names the Orioles have thrown out there. He's consistently been a high walks, high strikeouts lefty throughout his minor league career. Granted, he's an Orioles pitching "prospect" so naturally he'll be horrible.
  7. Of course Vogelbach's first start comes against a lefty, against whom he's totally unplayable.
  8. Cantillo > Kloff in present value, probably for a couple more years too. Manoah > Quantrill easily. The Blue Jays laugh if that was an actual offer.
  9. This seems light. Not one elite prospect going back to Cleveland despite them getting a surplus of solid prospects and former prospects who lost their shine. If I'm San Diego I'm pretty happy this is what it took.
  10. Early returns seem light, but I'm assuming there's another big name or two going Cleveland's way.
  11. This should be a big enough deal that it justifies a thread.
  12. Also my rebuild is going well (despite apparently trading a top 3 fantasy asset away)
  13. Brian Anderson and Brandon Nimmo available for those looking for 3B or OF help. Looking for SP or prospects.
  14. What's even crazier about this is Vlad and Rowdy's weights are probably off by at least 20-30+ lbs.
  15. Like what do you even have Vogelbach for if not to hit in that spot? Garbage pitcher on the mound who doesn't throw strikes, LET'S GIVE AN OUT AWAY.
  16. And here comes McGuire to drop a f***ing bunt. God this manager is a f***ing idiot.
  17. What else did you want Panik to do there? He's playing out of position and did about as well as you could have expected him to on a play like that. If anything he was playing too deep but he was probably told to.
  18. The Orioles have had two of the shittiest possible go ahead hits this series.
  19. The only silver lining to this awful game is the Raptors could not possibly be shooting any worse. Boston's defense is good but a lot of the misses have been from good looks, so hopefully they'll rebound closer to season averages going forward.
  20. I think he starts the 6th for sure but there's zero chance he starts the 7th.
  21. Last two hit balls from Shaw and Fisher were at 108 and 107 mph respectively. We're lucky it wasn't a DP but also unlucky both weren't hits.
  22. Another Vlad rocket to the wall, unfortunately another single.
  23. And another makeup call. Because two wrongs make a right clearly.
  24. Miguel Castro was practically unhittable and the Orioles bring out a guy with a 13:10 K/BB ratio in 13 innings?
