    Not sure if his contract is being overpaid by todays standards. That's probably an average salary for an average outfielder! Im sure his next contract he will be paid more by either the Jays or someone else!

    Not sure of Orelvis off season but perhaps he did play fulltime in the winter back home while Martin and Groshans may have not. BUT YES...he sure as heck impressed! One prospect for me that has flown under the radar this spring was Riley Adams, while some fans here has talked how Jansen needs to be worried about Kirk, IMHO he should be more worried about Adams taking his job with the Jays. The only outlier here for Adams is he may be traded due to the Jays wanting more of an experienced catcher for the next 3 or 4 years. But IMHO, I would be happy with Kirk and Adams even with the growing pains.

    Palacios and Davis provides good OF depth. Imagine as early as next yr a staff of Ryu, Pearson, Manoah, SWR and...... = giddy-up!

    Not sure if this was mentioned before but with the Jays playing in Dunedin for the first part of the season (employees in the state of Fla) would they be able to get vaccines if they pay for them? Same goes for the Raptors!

    I would just be happy with a simulcast....pick up the other teams video feed and have the Jays announcers in Toronto. Seems to work ok for the Raptor announcers.

    Yes....and they dont have to wait for the players to develop which is a bonus for them. Mind you, we may need to toss in a more higher end catching prospect...Adams??

    The past years, almost everyone has complained about how archaic the facilities were. Some of the field was also very dangerous as Michael Saunders will testify to!
