    It's Jomboy. Dude lives for clicks. Rowdy goes on in the interview to say that Donaldson is a good veteran presence and a good guy to have in the clubhouse and that he's glad to have him for the playoff run.

    Yeah he looks terrible. Thankfully he's got one more option year otherwise the team might have to consider cutting bait on him. Hopefully next year he has a big year and can be a setup man moving forward.

    Glad to get Belt back. Should have enough time to get his timing back before the playoffs where we will need him. Jackson is also an upgrade over Pearson, sadly.

    I've never seen a 25 year old pitcher with numbers like this generate so much excitement. 3.91 ERA in AA (yawn) and a 6.49 xFIP in AAA (yikes). More like Nick FrASSo if you ask me.

    I've already admitted defeat with Biggio and I am now a bon a fide fan of his. With 0.9 fWAR and 0.6 bWAR I can longer deny the insane amount of talent this guy brings to the field each and every day. Truly a great player. As for Bellinger you might want to run your WAR calculations again. KK has been worth 3.8 bWAR to Belly's 4.1. KK has been worth 2.1 fWAR to Bellinger's 4.0. So on a per dollar basis KK was clearly the better choice and I expect a full apology from you for this unsolicited attack.

    Here's my list of the ones I've been too. I'm probably forgetting some and I know I've been to some that no longer exist. Great Ballparks 1. PNC Park 2. Oracle Park 3. Camden Yards 4. Coors Field Old but Hold Up Well 5. Dodger Stadium (the location is the only bad thing but LA doesn’t have a good downtown anyway) 6. Kauffman Stadium (location the problem here as well but it's very underrated otherwise) Good New Ballparks 7. Petco Park 8. T-Mobile Park (Seattle) Kind of s***** but New 9. Citizens Bank Park 10. Minute Maid Park Old But Gets the Job Done 11. Rogers Centre Old and Horrible 12. Angels Stadium Doesn’t Even Count and Soon Won’t 13. Oakland Coliseum

    Yeah I personally think RC kind of sucks but it's not a "wow this is bad" kind of park. It's at least functional with walkable concourses and it's also located in a good spot downtown and has the retractable roof. It gets the job done and like you said, it's not really THAT much worse than other middling ballparks like Minute Made in Houston. It's just a little bit older but the renovations should catch it up some. Truly bad parks are Oakland Coliseum or Angels Stadium. I don't even count Oakland Coliseum as it's a football stadium. Angels Stadium is the worst one I've been too. Limited food options bc there just aren't that many and narrow concourses. The only good thing about it is it has tons of parking because it's located in an LA suburb on a giant parking lot. Horrible place.

    Yeah Minnesota will be easy to beat. Tampa will also be easy to beat, but not quite as easy as Minnesota.

    Oh I know plenty about statistics pal. For example, the very esteemed Fangraphs dot com web site has a MUCH higher probability of being right on this than someone who uses an alliteration of the very disgusting and loser act that one performs on oneself. How's that for a statistic?

    Snell threw 6 scoreless innings tonight. His ERA is down to 2.33. He's got to be the NL frontrunner for the Cy Young award right?

    Yeah you are right. It's 4 if we are looking at Seattle. But it gets complicated because if they avoid losses down the stretch it means our other competition is adding them.

    They have had the same lineup issues for a few years now. Tried filling the holes with Winker, Adam Frazier and Carlos Santana in 2022. Didn't really work, except for Game 2 against us. Then this year they try Teoscar, Wong and Pollock and that didn't work either. On top of it France has bottomed out. Back to the drawing board this offseason. They still have a strong rotation and the core pieces for a good bullpen.

    The Mariners are cooked. They'll be 3 games back with 6 to go against the Rangers and Astros. Jays' Magic Number is down to 2. It's over. Print your playoff tickets.

    Yep. Snell and Hader are FAs after this year. Soto and Kim are FAs the year after. They are going to be terrible.

    It looks like 25 year old future superstar Nick Frasso has been transferred to the Development List. Congrats to him on his new career high of 93 innings. 19.1 of those innings were in AAA where he put up a 6.49 xFIP.
