I'm not scrambling for excuses. I have an opinion. McGee is a good pitcher. He hits his spots better. He's a more mature pitcher. His fastball doesn't move as much as Sanchez'. They are different pitchers. Sanchez has a 65% ground ball percentage...McGee has a 40% ground ball percentage. Sanchez will get more whiffs as he utilizes the fastball less, learns to pitch and hits spots better. It's a combination of command, knowledge and the utilization of other pitches to keep hitters guessing more. I get it. You disagree with me. It's a free country. Sanchez is still a great young pitcher. Do you disagree?
