  1. f*** even Estrada got a hit...I'm taking full credit
  2. coincidence that the jays fortune changed since I started a proper gdt...I think not..Jays up 1 to 0
  3. Scherzer already at 25 pitchers...who knows the jays might pull off a miracle and win this one!
  4. we gave up on game day threads..lol
  5. why would you focus on such a small sample size? Go get Soriano
  6. Reyes has 10 hits in 29 at bats since coming back. That's what you want. He's being overly aggressive trying too hard to make things happen. Gibby has to pull him into the office and tell him to get his head out of his ass. Bautista has to kick him in the balls and tell him he's costing the jays games. He's going to hit and steal bases. He just needs to work harder mentally and physically preparing for games. He's still a talent.
  7. Delebar is starting to look pretty good. We could go get Soriano and use loup as a loogy and we wouldn't be in that bad a shape in the bullpen.
  8. as a jays fan when a young kid comes out and doesn't have his best stuff and is fortunate to only give up 2 runs I'm feeling pretty good as a Jays fan. This outing did little to tell what the prospects are for him moving forward. He finished strong and I'm sure they'll look at the start and go over his mistakes and try and get him in a position to limit those mistakes next time. I think it's hilarious people are coming on here to try and prove how good or bad a pitcher is from 103 pitches. Once we have 300 or 400 innings at the mlb level we can talk...103 pitches..lol Some of you guys need to go to a bar and stare at the opposite sex for a while.
  9. lol...now you're just putting words in my mouth and the nerds weren't smart enough to count to 7. 7 not 6 swinging strikes. It was a much better outing than I originally thought. Analyzing every single game is ridiculous. Sanchez wasn't as sharp as he was in the previous 2 games, but a little luck and he competed. He wasn't using the changeup at all. He mixed it in a bit more over his last couple starts....maybe he just wasn't feeling it.
  10. did you actually count..lol
  11. what you talking about willis....delabar has been good...splitter has been great this year
  12. delabar....nails this year.....using all his pitches...
  13. jpa...but point taken if he's in the same company..
  14. come on.....got to get that runner from third in
  15. steve springer was on mlb radio this morning preaching exactly what colabella was telling buck....i wonder if springer had an effect on colabella
  16. knock on the head fixed his swing....he's back on track
  17. fool me once...shame on you...fool me 8 times..f*** it...I'm going to send the runner until we steal one i'm so pissed off...
  18. he usually does in that spot...i'm surprised he didn't
  19. buck for manager...called it perfectly
  20. I know...but i shudder when I think about throwing a 20 year old kid into that roll when Cecil blew his first save opportunity of the year when the wind was blowing 25 miles an hour and the temperature was 3 degrees...stupid...A couple of Castro's blown saves might have been converted by cecil.
  21. it's crazy that Cecil only has 2 saves and only has had 3 opportunities.
  22. Buehrle gave up 1 hit and saw the min batters for the last 7 innings...why are you surprised he left him out there? Are you surprised he got three up three down in the 9th?
  23. i've been to minny for a couple series at the old dome...was lots of fun...always lots of jays fans down there.
  24. nice job goins
