I really couldn't care less if they sign him or not. We have many other options with our present players right now. Romero sure looked good the other day and so did Drabek and Hutch.

The possibilities of the following: -Dickey returning to his best -Bautista remaining healthy and getting another 50 HR season -Edwin joining Bautista for 50 HR -Laurie winning a gold glove at 3rd. -Romero making a come back -Bullpen remaining excellent -GETTING ON BASE more by every player -Average or better results at catching, helping pitchers with pitch framing -Lind and Rasmus with .300+ BA -No more clowning on the bench, showing some professionalism -All our starters doing a decent job and giving us 6 innings on average. One can dream. -
