    SLG stabilizes in 320 AB, 460 PA for obp. No Blue Jay batter has more than 47 AB vs Archer in their career, so there's not a lot of information coming from the OPS numbers vs archer. Best we can say from the data presented is that the data is inconclusive. We need better, different stats to determine the real answer to the question "Navarro v. Archer relative to the rest of our hitters v. Archer"

    He might have more command just focusing on 2 pitches. Either way, it might come down to a battle between who is more effective at the time between Cecil and Liriano for that #1 lefty spot. Cecil has certainly done nothing to have that role set in stone for him

    As I posted above: Benoit hasn't allowed a run, I think that's caused some people to over value him. 5.56 k/9 in august, 4.33 xFIP in august. Cecil and Feldman actually lead the team in bullpen xFIP for august, and are the only pitchers along with Stroman to have a sub 3 xFIP in August
