    People would have lost their s*** if we let Vladdy walk after last year and would be crying cheap. It is what it is. It's a cornerstone to build your team and marketing around. I don't expect him to be this bad for the life of the contract. At least I f***ing hope not.

    All of our expiring guys will not net you anything that moves the needle. It feels like this team has so much much work to do at the deadline and the offseason. I would be listening on everyone and I'm sure they will. Sucks to say it but Varland might net a top prospect who's close to MLB ready plus.

    She is bad but still better than Angel Hernandez. My biggest problem is that when managers have an issue they can't really get in her face. In that inning both managers came out to talk/argue and the male umps jumped in and handled it for her while she just retreats to behind the plate and waits. I get why. It would look really bad for a man to be chewing her out but she should be able to take the heat for her calls like all umps. It's part of the job. Not a huge deal but if the goal is equality it doesn't seem like it to me.
