  1. Seems like there's so many people that don't get this logic.
  2. Just to be sure, we are set on the 6 keepers? Not looking good for me this year, so I want to know 100% before our trade deadline.
  3. Pitching on the team looks to be the weak spot. Prospects include: Jordan Groshans Andrew Vaughn Jonathan India Ronny Mauricio Kristian Robinson MacKenzie Gore Luis Medina Luis Patino
  4. Looking to move some guys. Most of these can be had cheap. Either a pick or pick upgrade. Bats: Mauricio Dubon - 2B/SS Jake Cave - CF Odubel Herrera - CF Ender Inciarte - CF Pitchers: Chase Anderson Scott Oberg Anthony Kay Nick Burdi Zack Burdi Prospects: Mickey Moniak Sam Carlson Also open to pairing one of our other prospects with one of our keepers for an upgrade on our keeper.
  5. But we re-gain a 2nd for losing Smoak.
  6. This time around it benefited us though. Anyone remember what we had to give up for Shapiro?
  7. Know how many MiLB players got 600 ABs last year? Zero(0).
  8. Yes. And I think eventually he puts his tools together.
  9. I want to see Puig come to the Jays.
  10. Incase someone wants to pick through probable cuts, I'd move these guys for pick upgrades. Only have room for 1 of them, probably will be Dominguez. Adam Engel Kole Calhoun Trevor May Adam Plutko Tyler Rogers Sergio Romo Seranthony Dominguez
  11. Adam Plutko, Tony Romo, Tyler Rogers? All are especially fringy
  12. Roark is 1 of only 16 pitchers to get atleast 2 WAR in each of the past 4 seasons. He's been consistently an average pitcher. 2 WAR in the NL is worth the same as 2 WAR in the AL East is it not?
  13. It probably took you longer to reply and quote these 2 posts than it would take to scroll past 100 posts like these.
  14. East Coast is where it's at!
  15. This article thinks we should stick with Tellez https://www.pitcherlist.com/going-deep-what-can-rowdy-tellez-become/
  16. There's a lot of pitchers next year too, and we'll be closer to competing. Ray, Bauer, Stroman, Odorizzi, Paxton, Tanaka, Kluber, Archer.
  17. I think it's 3 batters or until the end of the inning.
  18. Would Ujiri actually bolt for the Knicks or is this just high hopes on their part?
  19. He rotates around giving everyone a day off to keep them fresh. Our Ben Zobrist guy. So think of him as still a fulltime player.
  20. Imagine if the Bluejays suddenly became owned by a billionaire that just wanted a winning team for fun, and promised to make it the top spending team. RedSox are currently projected to spend 227M by Frangraphs, while the Bluejays currently sit at 69M projected. Giving them 158M to raise their payroll by. That's Cole at 8/256 for 32AAV, Strasburg 8/180 for 30AAV, Rendon 7/235 for 33.5, Ryu 3/54 for 18AAV, Ozuna 3/45 for 15AAV, Gardner 1/10 for 10AAV, Lindblom 2/8 for 4AAV. That leaves us with 16M to spend on a bullpen. Rotation: Cole, Strasburg, Ryu, Lindbloom, Anderson/Pearson/Thornton SS Bichette 3B Rendon 1B Vlad LF Ozuna 2B Biggio CF Gardner DH Hernandez RF Grichuk C Jansen Announce all the signings in one day. Watch the baseball world explode in confusion. Does it put us ahead of the Yankees?
  21. Is this a fantrax option? If not it should be.
