    Next up will be the roster draft. Once Yahoo opens up we'll start discussing when will be the best day and time to hold the draft. The more posters able to attend the better. Ideally everyone will be able to make it, but that will probably be very hard to do.

    I Didn't read the whole thing because I expect most of it is either garbage or conspiracy theories. But things change. Maybe Rogers told AA last offseason he couldn't add payroll because of the piss poor finish last year, but then changed their mind since then seeing that the team actually has a chance. Sportsnet broke their viewing record for a non-opener game earlier this week. That doesn't happen if we are playing like last year. The company sees value in that, which means they're open to making more money available. They're willing to spend money to make money, they know what a playoff run and playoff games will do for their viewership.

    It's not that the Redsox are winning. It's just that they're not losing. They're trading pitchers that won't help them this year. One is in his last year and even said he'd like to return, and the other one you never know what you'll get from year to year. They sign a couple pitchers this offseason they'll be right back in it again next year.
