  1. This is true. And didn't Hurl meet up for a beer with him not too long ago? Who are the candidates for replacement?
  2. We could always hire a squire to draft for him, so his picks don't go to waste. He only has picks near the end of the draft, and one open spot, so he might be alright anyway. Give him a chance to show up? I remember him disappearing one other time, and he had a legit reason. Maybe this has something to do with the last time.
  3. Pint gets more ground balls than Verlander. That should help him out a little bit when dealing with Coors.
  4. In his book, not on air. Sounds like it might have not always been consensual.. http://www.gaslampball.com/2014/7/29/5948419/former-padre-dirk-hayhurst-exposes-sex-culture-in-baseball
  5. We're supposed to be winning these games
  6. Maybe he's just slow to get going like old things
  7. But then you also have guys "running the train"... According to dirk hayherst. Which i feel is just as bad.
  8. That's the thing, locker room stuff would/should be a nightmare for him. I know i wouldn't associate with the guy
  9. Plus the guy he ran over was 72 years old, he's pretty near ready to kick the bucket anyway.
  10. I think you need to take age into account and when the rehabilitation was done. In my opinion there is a huge difference between being age 15 and 25.
  11. He served 3 years in jail for running a guy over and almost killing him. He also beat a kid up up with a golf club while yelling "I'm Matt f***ing Bush". Do you think he'd be able to get an "office job"?
  12. Better tell Matt Bush not to bother showing up to the park today either then.
  13. My first reaction was that no way in hell should any team even think about drafting him. But after giving it more thought I'm starting to back up a little bit. They'd have to interview him extensively, and if the team feels the rehabilitation program did help him, give him a shot. If this went down just the past couple of years I'd be more hesitant, but he was still a kid at the time so his brain wasn't done growing and the rehab might have helped him. He'll be under the microscope while playing baseball, which might be the best place for him actually.
  14. You're just naming OFers on the waiver wire... And I'll have you know that I'm currently sober at the moment
  15. You'd have to overpay in prospect currency. I'm trying to compete here!
  16. Anyone looking for some CF help? I wouldn't mind clearing an OF spot for Renfroe before the draft. I could move Justin Upton or Charley Blackmon
  17. He was gonna be a building block for my DDL team. Now I'm not fully sure he even existed
  18. Keep Liriano in the rotation to keep his value up for trade purposes. Biagini in the pen also helps in managing his innings.
  19. Poor Zeros. Crushed his dreams. I hope you're proud of yourself.
