They all finally showed up for like the first time this series. Will they all produce on Tuesday as well? Otherwise, all 3 have been pretty horrible this series offensively. If it wasn't for Leonard, the Raptors would have been swept by the 76ers. If this team still had DeRozan, there is no way they win Game 4 yesterday. Leonard has played above and beyond whereas the rest of this Raptors team (other than Siakam) have been nonexistent. Leonard is the one carrying this team on his shoulders right now.
  2. It's embarrassing. I hope the Twins win the AL Central.

Agreed. Raptors could have easily led by a larger margin if they nailed some of those open looks from beyond the arc. Green, Gasol, Lowry, and Siakam need to drop those in. Ibaka shouldn't even be shooting 3's. Some sloppy turnovers and they need to improve slightly on closing possessions. I believe Philly outnumbered them on offensive boards again. Nurse did a good job today playing his best 5-6 players for majority of the game. He needed to do that with so much on the line. Leonard needs to play 40 mins per game moving forward, no excuses. Needs to be in at the 10 min mark in the 4th quarter all the time. FVF was garbage again today - I'd try with giving Lin a look next time if you need someone to play 4-5 mins.
  4. This might be the first time me saying this, but I do for once have a lot of SP available right now. Give me a shout.
  5. I miss Shulman, otherwise I don't have a problem with their crew now. I think A-Rod has done a fantastic job.
  6. Likely will have another setback and those weeks will turn into months.

This is the most important game of the season for the Raptors. He better go today, even if he isn't 100%.

Warriors look like they could be beatable in a 7 game series. This is the Raptors best chance in the history of the franchise probably to ever win an NBA Championship. If they don't get by the 76ers, what a wasted opportunity.
  9. I'd rather his bat in the lineup instead of Brito or a player like Hanson.

And it's the same right calf that he used to trip Embiid. I would be shocked if he doesn't give it a go tomorrow with so much on the line in G4. The Raps had two days off as well.

100% agree with No. 2 especially. Too many turnovers from passing the ball too much. They need to take those open shots and hope that they go in. Refs are making calls in favour of Philly, and that's the reality. NBA would rather have Philly vs. Boston or Milwaukee in the East Finals. Raptors can't drive in the paint that often as they have. They need to start making their shots, especially 3 pointers. Danny Green, Marc Gasol and Kyle Lowry especially. They have to ride KLaw hard. 40+ minutes for the rest of this series especially with the 2 days off. Just keep giving him the ball.

Raps shouldn't be playing Fred and Lowry at the same time due to size. Even at the beginning of the 4th quarter when the Raps were down by 7, putting in Fred and Ibaka to rest Gasol and KLaw, the Raps couldn't even keep it close. I'd give Lin a chance next game over Fred after last nights performance. Nurse needs to try McCaw more in this series given his length. Unfortunately, with the bench s***ing the bed, the Raps will have to play guys like KLaw and Siakam most of the game. I'm talking about 40 mins. No more load management.

Like I said, Lowry is being traded this offseason regardless what happens. Masai wants to move past the days of DeMar, JV and the older Raptors teams which struggled in the playoffs. Problem is, if the Raps don't make it past the second round, KLaw likely doesn't resign here. So that would really hurt. They must win Game 4 and f***ing play their hearts out and come back to Toronto 2-2 or else this series is over.

He had some open looks that he passed up on which I was really disappointed. He was passing the ball way too much when he had open looks. Gotta take those shots.

    And this...
  16. White Sox and Rodon not ruling out TJS. Yikes that would suck!
  17. Carlos Rodon on the IL. Frustrating arm to watch over all these years. Health issues have really held him back from taking that next step forward. Glad I sold my shares in the LOD.
  18. Has he won a World Cup yet?
  19. Hit me up with some offers. I have a lot of SP depth, ranging from aces to SP 4/5. Looking to move Trevor Richards as well.
  20. Ridiculous. And its not like both teams have lights out bullpens to begin with lol. Starters are babied way too much these days. No excuse to pull Maeda or Shark at those pitch counts when they were dealing.

He's just not a consistent performer in the playoffs. Regardless whether Leonard is back or not, I think Lowry is traded this summer. Masai traded DeRozan and JV for the same reasons. He's moving away from the type of team the Raptors had between 2015-2018.
  22. I'm sure a team will roll the dice with him on a minor league deal, though if his defense is horrendous and he can't hit, his career as a MLB player likely has come to an end.
  23. He's been toast for the last couple of years.
