  1. Zeuch, Zack Jackson, Luke Gillingham. Could be anyone
  2. Rob Fai ‏@RobFaiNation 13s14 seconds ago @vancanadians about to get some serious help on the mound... Very excited. Zeuch?

Kings Platinum Arencibia 1) Mitch McKown: McKown faced 6 batters and walked 4 of them.
  4. http://i.giphy.com/3o6Zt5FJygJVT5xneo.gif The usual Cavan Biggio plate appearance
  5. They should send Bichette up to Bluefield. If he hit well there that would set him up to start next season in Lansing. Same with Obeso to Vancouver.
  6. If I recall the NWL and MWL are similar talent levels (biggest difference is the season length), so if they were to send him up it should be to Dunedin. I would leave him in Vancouver for the rest of the season then start him in Dunedin next season. But I could see sending him up too. His plate discipline is absurdly advanced for his level. He's only 21. Not like he's super old or anything and has to be moved up ASAP.
  7. Either that or he'd be eligible for minor league free agency. Not sure which one, possibly free agency. If they thought of him as anything he'll surely be added to the 40 - maybe for September callups. I mean, he's better than Brady Dragmire...
  8. It's been said but Danny Barnes deserves a shot in the bullpen, sometime - http://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=sa549713&position=P Guy has dominated every level. Projects pretty well, he's probably better than Ryan Tepera who keeps getting the call. Or Ben Rowen.
  9. Jesus Montero hit dingers in the AAA Home Run Derby, but was eliminated in the 2nd round. http://i.imgur.com/KVCYm5I.png http://i.imgur.com/8LswFNX.png http://i.imgur.com/dZ9ojpA.png http://i.imgur.com/RYifHDm.png http://i.imgur.com/lA4m9rh.png http://i.imgur.com/7bDZoJl.png http://www.milb.com/assets/images/3/9/8/189273398/cuts/Harris_3902_o06jjbhs_ri4ikw82.jpg LANSING, Mich. - Max Pentecost homered and Jon Harris combined with Tom Robson on a four-hit shutout, helping the Eastern Division-leading Lansing Lugnuts (14-5, 50-39) sweep the Lake County Captains (7-11, 47-41), 5-0, in a Monday matinee at Cooley Law School Stadium. The game, Lansing's eleventh shutout of the year, was completed in a brisk two hours and 12 minutes. It finished a dominant 7-1 homestand for the Lugnuts, who took three of four games from Dayton before winning all four contests against the Captains. The Nuts improved to 11-1 at Cooley Law School Stadium in the second half. It was Harris (Win, 8-1) who set the tone, shutting down the Captains over seven confident innings, scattering four singles and a walk and striking out three. The 2015 first-rounder lowered his ERA to 2.28, fifth-best in the Midwest League. Robson fired the final two innings, allowing one walk, and striking out four. The Lugnuts' offense put the game away early: Pentecost doubled in Jake Thomas in the first inning for a 1-0 lead, and the Lugs tacked on two more runs in the second inning against Lake County right-hander Matt Esparza (Loss, 7-6). Pentecost finished off his 3-for-4, 3-RBI game in the seventh inning, swatting a 397-foot two-run homer to left-center against reliever Cortland Cox. The Midwest League is idle on Tuesday for the Major League Baseball All-Star Game from San Diego. Lansing is represented by two members of the 2012 Lugnuts rotation, Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Aaron Sanchez and New York Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard. The Lugnuts resume play on Wednesday with an 8:00 p.m. affair at Peoria, the opening game of a six-game road trip. Nuts lefty Ryan Borucki (6-3, 2.75) starts against Chiefs right-hander Jake Woodford (4-3, 2.81). The next Lansing Lugnuts home game is on a Winning Wednesday, July 20th, against the Clinton LumberKings, opening a six-game homestand. Hopefully he can start catching soon (with no setbacks).. that would be big for his future as a baseball player. 2) Tom Robson: Robson had one of his better outings of his disastrous season, striking out 4 and walking just 1 over 2 innings in relief of Jon Harris (who also pitched, quite well.) 3) Matt Smoral: Smoral had a great outing in his terrible season, striking out the side in order, 3 up 3 down. Nicely done! Kings Platinum Arencibia 1) Jesus Navarro: Navarro went 0/5 with 3 strikeouts for the DSL Blue Jays.
  10. Well, if we look into it a little deeper: The first batter he struckout was Luis Asuncion, who's hitting .235/.342/.309 The second batter he struckout was Chris Mattison, who's hitting .155/.242/.241 The third batter he struckout was Wes Magdaleno, who's hitting .279/.373/.326 Probably a case of him having his slider (or some pitch) working tonight, and over matching those s***** low level hitters.
  11. Smoral struckout the side in his inning of work tonight!
  12. Lmaooo Boyce just got leveled
  13. Not a jays prospect but lol http://i.imgur.com/CmkI3Pm.png 9 walks in 3.2! 93 pitches and 39 strikes. How is this even possible
  14. How many innings is this?
  15. That's a different Billy Bean(e).
