Sheryl Ring is one of the few people providing unbiased coverage of the proceedings. If you read the article I posted, Sheryl writes about mistakes that Bauers camp made, the accusers camp made as well as mistakes from the judge.

The judge ruled that Bauer doesn't serve as a future threat to the petitioner because they are unlikely to have sex again. So, the restraining order was denied. This makes it also unlikely that criminal charges will be pursued. Feel free to fact check me on this if I have it wrong, I am not a lawyer
