anyway, I'm too lazy to google this so since I'm here..
what if I want to lose fat but gain/maintain muscle at the same time?
I've been working out for 2 years now, and it's obvious I've gained muscle, but I can't seem to get rid of that belly fat that is hiding all my abs. I've recently started running the eliptical, burning about 600 calories per week ( I can do more) but I feel like I'm going nowhere. Perhaps my diet is the culprit
