I think I have figured out Lawries problem at the plate. He needs to step closer to the plate or go back to his crouch. With his current stance he can not hit the outside pitch half as good as he could before. He needs to find that middle ground. Where he can cover the plate and still hit the ball hard. Would also help with hitting the breaking ball hard. -
Defense picking morrow up early on.

Disagree. He has been getting behind 0-2 by taking pitches repeatedly this season. I believe they are trying to have him become a little more aggressive.
