Can the bottom of the order produce some runs? -
Its been 3 years of crap with intermittent months of what is a passable hitter. We really should give Gose some CF at bats...he can not do worse than Rasmus is currently doing.

I have a feeling that Stroman replaces McGowan no matter how well he does. Well, maybe not if he throws a CG. -
Brett Lawrie looks great at the plate

That argument doesnt work since he has changed his swing. If he was still crouched and wiggling the bat like a mad man maybe this argument works, but its a completely different stance and mostly different swing. The increase in homeruns can be attributed to the new stance and swing, which means previous numbers may be completley irrelevant. We should just let the season play out and see what type of numbers he puts up with his new hitting "approach". -

we have about 5 hits a game the majority of the time...Lester looks really hittable today, we just cant hit hittable pitches right now.

first pitch was a strike on the corner that he missed, second pitch was a strike outside that he did not swing at it was a called strike...only bad pitch he swing at was the last one.

Its called productive hits....we have none almost every game. We have basically 3 players with all of our RBIs....thats terrible.
