  1. TV slide. Just lucky he got there lol
  2. With Gausman it's usually as simple as locating his fastball down in the zone well enough, especially early. You can pretty much scroll through his game logs, find the ones where his swing and miss sucks, and see his fastball locations were mostly up, which allows hitters to just "see low, let it go" because they can reasonably guess it's a splitter that won't be a strike. In games where his fastball location is down more than up, he's laughing
  3. Frankly, extending Bo and signing Tucker would probably be best case scenario right now. 2026 top 4 of of Bo, tucker, vlad, Taters.... there's a lot to like there
  4. You're right except the part about Lucas throwing curveballs or sinkers, neither of which he throws.
  5. Pick up the pace on the trot kid. You still have young legs
  6. I think the same, but... what Bo gonna cost? Is Bo worth 10/300? That's probably where his ask is starting from given the recent history at the position in FA. No, he's not the same player as the below guys but ... s*** is getting weird with contracts these days Bogaerts 11/280 Turner 11/300 Machado 10/300 Seager 10/325
  7. His leash should be damn short, that's for sure. Robertson still out there...
  8. Well, here ya go Barnes. Don't f*** it up please
  9. Frankly I'd leave Fluharty in ... but looks like they're going another direction
  10. Another case of a guy rushing the throw unnecessarily. Saw Boston do that earlier too to the same result.
  11. I mean, if you're not gonna pitch Fluharty with a 5 run lead... when are ya gonna use him?
  12. Seems to me he's being deployed about as perfectly as he can be so far.
  13. Surprisingly, Roden would likely also. He's only .3 ft/sec slower than Gimenez.
  14. I agree, but the platinum glove guy should have at least knocked it down and not let it go through even if he couldn't make the miracle play at 1b
  15. Lucas was disgusting tbh. In complete control of everything from start to finish
  16. Kinda have to put that on Gimenez. Got the ground ball....
  17. You're touchy tonight. It's Terminator. 90% of his posts are 100% trolling at least 40% of the time while simultaneously containing about 25% truth.
  18. Davy is probably furiously completing that article as we speak for posting first thing tomorrow morning.
  19. Cora has Crochet up, nearing 100 pitches, often injured and no history of going deep into games long term, has nobody warming up...not a peep of criticism. Schneider has Lucas in, a guy with nearly 0 starts in the major leagues, at 72 pitches in a close game, never seen any order 3 times through, and is getting criticized for HYPOTHETICALLY having someone up and ready... even when there's nobody up and throwing and he's doing exactly what the mouth breathers think should be happening. Do you people wonder why nobody takes your opinions seriously?
  20. I mean...it was reasonable to expect a slight bounce back... but he really looks good. Like, not just getting lucky but good numbers under the hood too.
