I'm sure that's the plan. No reason to bump McGowan from his role until Sergio can show he's back to strike throwing. Side note, I doubt he would be reinstated right now if Cecil hadn't tweaked his groin.

Because he keeps disagreeing with those that are skeptical and creates false narratives, yet doesn't offer anything in rebuttal other than what basically boils down to "well since the club is doing it, it must be the right thing to do" They want to know why he thinks promoting him was the right thing to do and want substance in the answer. -

Inside joke from a few years ago. jays had just won 11 straight and were sitting pretty. A poster named EastCoastJaysFan (ECJF) made a thread titled "the playoffs will be easy to make." They subsequently lost a pile of games in a row and finished dead last. Just 1 of the many ECJF curses you may hear about if you stick around the board.
