He has to make a move, but he also has to take care of the other issues on the team. You can't carry three catchers and no backup outfielders all year. Francisco can't be a regular, and he and Lind cannot live on the same roster long term. The bench right now has amazingly thin flexibility. He can add wins in a few places on the roster, but I think Sp makes the most sense, and that's not cheap.

Don't need to empty it. But I highly doubt Norris makes it through the year in the system. Sanchez has been untouchable, so,there's no reason to think that's changed and Norris would clearly be at the top of the non-Sanchez wish list for other teams.
