I mean, I get what Melvin is pissed about, his catcher made a decision not to tag Edwin because the ump signalled Muni safe from the tag so as far as he knew, it was a force play. So if the call was wrong, why should it cost the a run?
Flip side, since the call was reversed, you can't call the play dead, so the result of the play as it happened seems to be correct.
