It's hard to be excited about the system as a whole, but my brain still considers Pompey a prospect even though he's passed the standards to make such lists.
It's hard to even see more than 2 or 3 big leage regulars, but as he noted in the article, the Jays have so many guys in the 1st tier below that level, that it's probably realistic to think that a couple of them might figure it out.
The next few years are going to be a test for Shapiro and comany, given the likelihood of low draft position, top talent leaving without being able to sign anyone relevant, and no real currency to trade for anyone else's stars.
