    It was confirmed he turned down 6/120 from the Jays at some point, and told them early on he wasn't coming back to TO.

    I'm still trying to figure out how the RC changes caused him to hit 400 ft flyouts to CF all year. The new dimensions caused sufficient wind changes that he could no longer pull the ball due to the wind resistance slowing down his bat speed?

    Its interesting though... all the predictions around here for regression only seem to apply to the Jays. Other teams players only seem to get projected to get better. Gotta love fans

    I guess I'm not convinced that a guy having his first plus year defensively at 30 is much to hang your hat on. I think it says something though when the team that has him at 3b for 7 million signs Chapman for 20 million at at his position instead when they're really close to the same projections offensively.

    I'm ok with Barger in the majors, just not as some dipshit Vogelbach replacement. If he's up he needs to be in everyday. I dont see Barger and Vogelbach competing for the same spot.

    I figure Espinal will be the backup 3b, Biggio and/or Clement as the backup backups I dont think there's plans to use Turner at 3b unless there's a TON of ongoing injuries, or a very weird one off in game situation in a blowout and they stick him there just because.

    Please explain your thought process here when the Jays have 3 extremely good OF, two of which hit LH and all 3 of which are capable of playing CF. The 4th OF for the Jays pretty much needs to be RH. I dont think Vogelback makes the team in any case unless he has such a monster spring that it can't be ignored, but even then his role is so limited in that he's a LH pinch hitter and DH who should never see a PA against LHP, why would you want to put a guy like Barger in that role when Barger actually has the chance to be an everyday guy?

    HIs fastball is like 88-89 mph, throws a slider/sweeper, curve and change. Probably safe to say his stuff is similar to last year.
