  1. I've been there once with my family, never again. The history is great, but the ballpark is rundown. I can live with that. The people, however, are rude and obnoxious. They know nothing of baseball outside of their own city. Easily the least knowledgable fans in baseball, even with the basic rules of baseball.
  2. So many levels above Boston fans is another way of putting it.
  3. Me too. If he could do anything beside the plate, he might be worth keeping around.
  4. There is no discussion to be had until Happ returns.
  5. Keep it rolling Jays. With a good week or two, we may be putting Tampa and Boston in the rearview mirror and focusing on the playoff contenders with our star players in tow. Stay optimistic!
  6. There's little question that he would have remained out in MLB. We have seen far less conclusive calls than that not overturned. Why do they have better replay technology than us?
  7. Mike Wilner cardboard cutout night would be a big hit.
  8. It shouldn't be that surprising. Zeke and Smoak are both sporting wRC+ over 100 in a lineup that has struggled overall. Replacement level isn't a subjective term and Carrera has been better than that for a while now.
  9. Barnes makes more sense because he has options and we can maintain our depth.
  10. It might be time to move Jansen to New Hampshire so that Pentecost can get more time behind the plate.
  11. Jeff Beliveau was hitting 90 on the gun, sounds like he's finally back to full health. If he can get back to his high K ways, he could be an option for us eventually.
  12. He's not at Goins' level, but he's looked excellent at every position that I have seen him play. He's very sure handed with a solid arm.
  13. He actually hurt himself while attempting to make a play in left field. The radio guys weren't clear on what exactly the injury was.
  14. Go Jays! I predict a big day for Smoak and a series win.
  15. The bat looked really promising after his rookie season where he walked as much as he struck out and showed some power. The next 3 picks in that draft were Kazmir, Swisher, and Hamels though
  16. http://blogimages.thescore.com/mlb/files/2011/05/5246393111.jpg
  17. If I uncheck that box it seems to come out normally.
  18. Kevin Pillar is an athlete and a baseball player. Stay tuned for more insightful analysis from Tabby.
  19. I think it's great when fans do stuff like this. If the players can't deal with that at the college level then they will never be major league material.
  20. Runs should be at a premium tonight so hopefully Liriano gives us at least 6 strong innings.
