    It's a good rule if you don't like extra innings and just want it to end. I could watch baseball all night.

    Nothing like ending a great baseball game with a gimmick. Extra innings have gone from the best part of baseball to the worst.

    Only a couple of balls even left the infield. He's always going to rely on some degree of BABIP luck, but last start was about what you would expect give or take a seeing eye single.

    I expect us to take the pick and reinvest the money in pitching next offseason if Martin and/or Groshans deserves a spot, but time will tell. Martin to 3B and Biggio back to 2B would be really good for us if it all works out. Then you can probably add a ton of pitching.
