Yeah so they put up the smoke screen on Suggs and maybe #5 bites and gives assets to move up one spot and then they pick who they wanted all along. Didn’t play out like that though obv
  2. Jays definitely going to pick up some laughable s*** bag next

You gotta max SGA out though and they’re still not on the cusp with him, so I could see turning down even if it’s good deal at the face Ah was thinking Pistons. Cave are such a s*** show whatever they do will be wrong move

I’m just saying teams usually do a smoke screen with who they’re after in a draft. Could go a few diff ways after #1

Yeah, likely they’re hoping to hype him up in a feeble attempt not to have their guy picked
  6. As mentioned in other threads, they did same thing last year. It’s their MO
  7. Escobar would’ve been nice for RA. Last time I’ll whine about it:)
  8. Jays love dumpster diving. They’ll prob do some more of it and have some hits and misses as normal.
  9. Ugh. Eduardo Escobar going to Brewers. Biggio sucks so much donkey balls as a 3b. They’re getting a 27yo rookie in return
  10. Well Vlads issue was he was only slightly better than league avg at 19yo
  11. Yeah man. Top 20 pedigree with few years of control left. If Ray gets that, gotta think about it
  12. On the plus side, if you’re a BJ fan you’re less likely to watch the BP blow a game
  13. Yeah I didn’t get the logistics of what Spank-off was saying. Both times I went to series’ this year, a rainout was a strong possibility. If you have tickets for a game and they make it part of a double header tomorrow, how can there be a single ticket? They’ve been selling the same seats you’re sitting in for the next day Unless there’s a refund but I thought you just get admission to the rescheduled game. I’m glad I didn’t have to find this out
  14. Royce Lewis, sorry.. he falls under the steep drop category
  15. 2019 pipeline 1- Wander 2- Lux 4- Gore 5- Adell 7- Mize 9- Lewis 10- Pearson 11- Pache 12- McKay 13- Kelenic 14- Rodgers 15- Kiriloff 16- Whitley 17- Kopech 18- Luzardo 19- Bart 20- Kieboom Not a lot of fast starts for that crew. Only Robert has debuted in Top 20 and been respectable over bigger sample, though obviously very sss for Wander and Kelenic, etc and plenty of time to turn around but no stars out of the gate and lots of big drops
  16. Too much of a softball toss there
  17. It was warranted though. I remember first game I watched him a few starts in and his balls were doing some straight voodoo s***

Fine. Definitely a stretch but he just needs to develop as much as Giannis did with his shot and he can be a guy that scores 25ppg easy along with some more boards. He has freakish athletic ability, just maybe not AS freakish as Giannis

Simmons has some serious Giannis-like upside. He’s just been too cocky/stubborn to develop his game. I think this year will act as a wake up call. We’ll see. Seems like a guy that would call Toronto a home long term too (unlike KL). I’d be for something as Raps fan
  20. God I googled Nester Molina as I forgot what he did and I didn’t realize BR shows stats from Latin American leagues. My casualness showing
  21. Well of course you can miss, trying to think of Jays big trades like that. Sergio Santos, Jeremy Accardo, who am i missing
  22. Well, it’s not a smart way to spend money on a budget but you’re accepting the volatility. So either you’re a big market team and buy them or you trade for controllable guys that project well. As an alternative to accepting volatility I mean. Or draft/develop them of course
  23. Half of their BP?
  24. Think like Dane Dunning value, what? Cruz got a nice haul and great SP is more valuable to playoff team
