I think a lot of people would've preferred to move him before the season (myself included) but that just wasn't realistic. All we can do now is hope he stays healthy and puts up big numbers through July. -
Thanks for confirming that Josh Donaldson has trade value. We were all wondering how much of that 23M we'd have to eat to move him.

I doubt they care. It's not like he just picked it up and threw it with max intent like it was a game at the state fair. There is a strict and diligent process that happens at driveline. Max velo days are the same as figuring out 1 rep max in the gym for squats, deadlifts or bench. Tested periodically to ensure the training is providing results! If it's not, find out why.

If they trade Osuna you might as well keep Bo. Moving Osuna is the first or second domino to fall if a rebuild begins. I'd rather keep Bo + the prospects for Osuna than move them both for Yelich.

Does anyone really think Biagini is more than an okay middle reliever? The K's aren't there and the velo is average. There's nothing about him that inspires confidence that he may have some untapped potential. That milk bag bod isn't helping his case either. He was a good rule V pick by Shapiro, but that's about where it ends for me. Put him back in the pen and he can chew some innings and can shuttle back and forth between Toronto and Buffalo with his options.

Hmm interesting. He's been training under the guidance of Eric Cressey so I expect Thor to win the Cy Young in 2018 (both Kluber and Scherzer are Cressey clients). A healthy Thor is an exciting thought for this upcoming year. Back to your original point, I don't think so. Hairline seems stable and that's likely just bad hair yanked back to keep it out of his eyes. Should probably upgrade his conditioner game.

Part of being a front end starter is durability and the ability to go deep into games. Brandon Morrow is not a top of the rotation arm.
