He was appealing the case. Once his hand was broke it became a pretty easy decision I would imagine to drop the appeal.

It's fair to assume that significant injuries means this is more than cop talk. I hate how anyone who speculates on the severity of these injuries is all of a sudden a SJW, or ridiculed for apparently taking the woman's side. It seems more than likely that Osuna has done something awful, and if he has I hope they make him pay the price. Obviously I'm not going to crucify him unless we have more information but domestic violence is a no fly zone for me and it should be for literally every single male on the planet as well.
