Strange player honestly.

I like this move because it shows they’re being aggressive and the tax isn’t going to slow them down. Playing with the big boys now. I remember thinking a few years ago Belt would be a stud if he played anywhere but SF. DH against righties and a great PH option to have off the bench when he’s not in the lineup. The amount of versatility the Jays have on their roster allows them to make this kind of move. Hopefully there’s more to come.
