John Schneider is a baseball guy. Love him or hate him he was following orders from management. There is zero chance a guy who played, coached as long as he did in the minors and has dedicated his whole life to on the field decides to make that move without any outside influence. This was a decision made by the nerds upstairs who think they’re smarter than the guys on the field because the computer said so.
