Personally, I see no reason to give Manoah any MLB starts this year unless the division is clinched. I believe Toronto can just option him when his rehab is over. He might have also suffered some sort of setback. Last pitched July 20th. -
Probably because: most of the players suck the small number of players who don't suck actually have other domestic options so they require too much money to leave. they just enter the KBO pipeline rather than uproot their entire life for a $100k signing bonus.
