At least Goins brings more value as a starter than Redmond ever will.

Redmond is not a MLB starting pitcher,period. Maybe he gets lucky and finds some success as a fifth /long man in the NL at best.

Navarro is a decent receiver.

If the league seriously zones in on Redmond's arsenal, he won't last a month in the bigs. Spot starting doesn't bring as much video attention and homework from opposing hitters as someone entrenched in a starting spot. His 87mph fastball with an average at best curve won't cut it. Are you serious?

I remember Freddy making his mark when he blasted an upper tank bomb at Yankee Stadium on a Monday night I believe. There were no fans sitting up there but one of the Stadium cleaning staff was up there and he s*** his pants when the ball came close to hitting him. Everybody was so excited about this guy, but then traded. I guess it was for the best.

I think it wouldn't be wise to trade him this early on. One of Bautista,Rasmus or Melky will probably go down,plus he can be our DH versus lefties. I think he'll have a good year with the bat, thus his value will be a lot higher at the deadline or next winter,if he's traded at all. Sierra hit that hard.
