    Also if you just look at the general standings across the league, the position of teams in each division pretty much lines up with highest to lowest run differential (except a few cases but even then the numbers are close).... except the Blue Jays and the Braves. The Jays run differential is 100 points higher than the 3rd place Yankees who are ahead of them in standings. About 70 higher than the Redsox. 10 higher than the first place Rays.
