    There just needs to be a new stat created/highlighted that shows “inherited runs scored”. Because sure Cimber got the W, and technically he had 0 ER and only 1 hit given up. But he actually allowed both runners on base to score. His box score line looks very clean but he actually didn’t do that great of a job. And that’s the issue with pitcher wins. Win shoud go to Berrios IMO but I know that’s not how the stat works.

    Its the balls hit right at him that give him most trouble it seems. He’s great when he’s moving, especially to his arm side

    Yeah he’s been extremely overused already and I think it’s showing. He did not look good against the Redsox and Astros (Sunday)

    He was brought in for a DP and Redsox bunted. Smart move by them and good execution

    He looked pretty good the last few innings and was only at 80 pitches. Im cool with him coming out for the 8th. If Charlie would’ve gone to the pen everyone would have been whining about it

    Bo being Javier Baez isn’t the worst outcome, but Baez at least plays solid D. Bo has to at least improve on the front. Just make the routine plays.

    Probably paperwork submitted ahead of arrival with a simple “are you vaccinated: yes/no”. Our federal government is laughably bad with actually following up on temporary/newer proceedures.

    Yep. Humans aren’t equipped to make the precise calls required to be 100% effective with the strike zone. The job has only gotten harder in the last 30+ years due to increased avg velocity around the league. Its time for the computers.
