  1. Agree, if the playoffs are missed there need to be several firings
  2. Ok but he was still great against teams like the Yankees and Sox last year with us
  3. Can’t really do much about Berrios, he’s signed here long term and he has a track record of being good. Gotta just hope he turns it around
  4. Yeah its crazy, Berrios is arguably one of the most consistent pitchers in baseball over the past 4 seasons. And he’s young, not like he’s past his prime.
  5. He pitched great for us last year and immediately after signing the extension he’s sucked balls
  6. 7. Jose Berrios Signed a 7 year extension and immediately turned into a bumpkin
  7. How is he THIS bad, it’s unreal
  8. Its head scratching for sure. Like he completely forgot how to pitch
  9. Yeah I agree with this. I don’t think he’ll be this bad going forward but he’s definitely not a #1 pitcher on any team.
  10. Where’s all the people that claimed Berrios was an ace??
  11. Trading one of the only LH bats in the organization doesn’t seem like a great plan unless they plan on replacing him with someone better
  12. At least Zimmer hasn’t gotten a start in quite a while
  13. Yeah it’s frustrating because you see the talent he has, and he DOES have success in small sample sizes, but he just completely inplodes for weeks on end it seems. I’d still give him a shot in the rotation next year but it might be time to stick him in the bullpen for 2022 and reserve him for mop-up duty until he shows he can throw strikes consistently
  14. Who gets to deliver the spinning backhand to Charlie though
  15. Springer back in CF today, good to see
  16. June 26 Vladdy - 1 Point - Springer - 1 Point - Bichette - 2 Points - Teo - 2 Points - Stangstag Kirk - 2 Points - Chapman - 3 Points - Gurriel Jr - 4 Points - Espinal - 6 Points - Biggio - 6 Points - Off the bench: 9 Points -
  17. Its gonna have to be something they work on over the offseason/ST because yeah can’t keep trotting him out there to give up 4-5 runs and pitch 2 innings each start.
  18. I’d still take Bregman over Dansby right now given the choice. Dansby is over performing by a wide margin
  19. Dylan not keeping track today?? Chapman +6 +1 points for P2F Bichette +4 points for Omar
  20. TL tell us how much you really hate Kikuchi
  21. Didn’t fangraphs adjust their defensive metrics last season which led to players having like +/- 3 WAR over a few years? Yeah they aren’t very accurate
  22. Can’t just move Bo to 2nd base mid-season and expect him to play any better. He’ll need practice there. It has to be an offseason decision. We saw what happens with guy playing out of position on short notice, Vlad with 1B and Biggio with 3B. Good chance Bo is a disaster at 2B if you just plop him there.
  23. Didn’t watch today, but looked like a good fight they put up. Kikuchi put them in a hole early and Bo did not help him at all. I see Thornton and Castillo both pitched well, good for them. Offense managed to score 4 runs against the best pitching the Brewers have, and some of the best arms in the league. Not bad. Sucks to lose by 1 yet again but I guess this is the scale balancing after all those wins early in the year.
