  1. Goddammit, Ellsbury. 0-7 today, now 0 for his last 19!
  2. He could have a nice Ty Wigginton-esque peak.
  3. I mean, what's not to like about a .376 wOBA at 2B? Pretty nice power, good walk rate. I could see a scenario where he is a viable keeper this offseason, if not for you then someone else.
  4. I just grabbed him in another league, let's do this.
  5. Why would you put aside those 3 HR? Ben Revere has 3 HR in his CAREER. If you give Troy less ABs, he will hit less HR. This is super simple.
  6. Why would you bat a guy with a .325 OBP higher than a guy with a .349 OBP? Why would you give more ABs over the course of a game to a guy with a .301 wOBA rather than a guy with a .353 wOBA? Your question makes no sense on its face, plus you spelled Tulowitzki wrong.
  7. Lineup optimization really doesn't make much difference, we're talking about maybe a couple runs over the course of the season. For me, it's just frustrating that Gibbons doesn't realize that Colabello is fool's gold and has been RTTMing for awhile now. I would rather bat Martin leadoff and Tulo 4th. Of course, the reasoning for not batting Martin leadoff is probably as simple as Gibby wanting to give him some time to take his catching equipment off after the Top of the 1st, or something like that which only matters in the 1st inning.
  8. WHY IS COLABELLO STILL HITTING AHEAD OF MARTIN? Ugh. That's really starting to piss me off.
  9. It's taken a .395 BABIP to get Colabello to 0.1 WAR across 70 games. That's coming from a 1B-only, and a 1B-only with atrocious 1B defence. That move was indefensible.
  10. He's actually just flat out a better hitter than Colabello, not to mention much more versatile defensively. If you can't figure that out, I don't know what to tell you.
  11. His .380 wOBA is also better than Bautista's. Can't believe we kept Colabello over him.
  12. This board is a microcosm of our known universe. God (juiced) created it, then quickly got bored and moved on to other things, leaving it to devolve into entropy.
  13. I want Estrada. That's weird to say, but I do.
  14. That wasn't in any particular order, BTW. I think North is more spitable than me.
  15. Hmm, I think you are. Me, North, NJH, then probably you.
  16. Boxy, protecting a 20 man spot for next year is important. But can you really put a price on spiting BTS? I think not.
  17. Please stay on topic or I will be forced to report you all.
  18. North, you were just defending Dickey in LOD! You should be cheering for me to beat NJH, dickcheese.
  19. I'm strictly gambling on Dickey's added velo and recent success.
  20. I remember you only got Stroman because we talked about it ahead of time and you told me you wanted him there, otherwise I was taking him.
  21. Meh, I took Shaffer with a 6th and I got a 3rd in this deal. I'll just continue my excellent drafting.
