  1. To be fair, him being blindfolded probably wouldn't hurt him at the plate too much.
  2. Biomechanic extraordinaire NJH says he's got late timing and an inverted H delivery so likely best to trade him.

    Such a smartass this guy
  6. That's the way to go imo. Invest long term in position player stars and go for bargain old guys in the rotation. John Lackey is still a very good pitcher who will not be paid what he's worth and won't get more than 2-3 years.
  7. Heyward looks very nice for those numbers. I would be pissed as a fan of the team that signs Price. Greinke seems like a better deal for a better pitcher and less risk. Cespedes looks like a landmine. Kazmir and Iwakuma both look very desirable for those prices/years. Off the Shark train at that cost, too.
  8. More strawmen. You are still not worthy of a response. Try harder and maybe one day you'll make enough sense that I feel explaining things to you will be beneficial.
  9. Being honest, I didn't even know he was on the team.
  10. Also doesn't take into account that it's very possible Tulo puts up a 6-7 win season at any time.
  11. I really try to reserve this for special occassions, kind of like an expensive bottle of wine...but you are truly stupid. Are you incapable of reading? Is thinking painful? Give me something.
  12. Wow, two distinct strawmen in a post that didn't reach two lines, impressive. Surely you can see why debating with you is a waste of time because a) you don't understand anything and you make intellectually dishonest statements.
  13. In terms of value? It was the Vernon Wells deal on steroids.
  14. You are not very intelligent in the realm of baseball, and I would project that to extend to many other areas as well.
  15. ya but those don't take into account that Goins puts his bat on his shoulder now.
  16. The odds weren't good, and he has succeeded in being a decent bench player. I'm happy about this. I deal in probablities, not absolutes. Unlike you, apparently. My main goal is that the Jays improve, not about proving some dipshit on the internet wrong all the time. Just because you defied probability and were somewhat correct doesn't mean your opinion at the time was sound or rational.
  17. What I'll admit is that a few of you have no idea what you're talking about. Listing all those moves as "meh" is hilarious. The Kemp deal alone was far better than the Donaldson trade.
  18. totally forgot to stick your name in there too. thanks for the correction.
  19. Someone actually voted that he would be an above average regular, lol. E: Figured it was either Flafson or saskjaysfan. derrrrp
  20. How does that not make sense? Maybe try thinking extra hard about it? Our need is run prevention, which Heyward is very good at.
  21. I disagree. AA was being a total Dombrowski and eventually the Jays would have become the 2015 Tigers. The Jays are exciting right now but definitely not sustainable.
