    He's a pretty big redneck but has said money is his #1 motivator. Whether or not he anticipated possibly being away from his guns in commie Canada, who knows. I do think that the Jays are likely the most talented team that would be interested in his services. Other talented teams would likely have less of an opening in their rotations, too.

    Didn't test positive, suspension was unprecedented, A-Rod exhibited a level of disgust with the process that I wouldn't expect from an even keeled guy like himself. The treatment A-Rod gets is a joke. People f***ing love Gregg Zaun despite him being a much bigger douchebag, probably because he was pretty non-impactful as a player. The whole thing with people hating the elite of the elite is very strange to me.

    I think people mostly understand that Marco Estrada has a fairly unique skillset that Steamer consistently fails to capture. Lewis is a junkballer who can't field bunts. Him and Chris Young seem to both be exceptions to the norm. I'd sign both tbh.

    You're pretty far off on the Rangers. Position player wise, they never really escaped middle of the pack. They were bad defensively and decent offensively.
