    Letthedumnfly said it in the Hoffman stud thread. f*** that thread was bad, started off as a super creepy love fest for Hoffman from the OP, devolved into some guy arguing that Hoffman was the most valuable commodity in baseball. For the record, he also said he would trade Hoffman for Harper.

    Well, Cecil and Osuna will probably have a few comparable stats, and you can pick and choose those ones to display while highlighting the few things (if any) that Miller/Chapman/Betances do poorly.

    How can a guy be suspended when he wasn't even charged with domestic abuse? Is anyone even questioning if his gf initiated physical conflict? She suffered no injuries, and wouldn't cooperate with police. The f*** kind of "investigation" is MLB going to do that would unearth anything more? Whole thing is f***ing dumb.

    How hard is it to get pot now? I was in highschool more than a decade ago and it was far easier to buy weed than alcohol. Legalization isn't enabling more people to smoke weed. Anyone interested in smoking is already doing it. Legalizing it gives tax dollars to the government, makes sure that the product itself doesn't contain anything dangerous, or some unspecified fillers of an unknown quantity, and stops wasting money on trying minor drug offenders. Harper loved wasting money putting harmless people in jail.

    I agree. Harper is an easy call first overall for me. Regardless of projections, Harper is just such a fun player to be a fan of. He's so exciting. Obviously it's close between him and Trout but for me, I'd need Trout ++ to deal him. He's a freaking monster (and I hope BTS takes him, Trout is boring.)

    Correa over Trout or Harper would be incredibly egregious. You could have Correa + any average outfielder and it would pale in comparison to Harper/Alexei Ramirez or whatever...not like you'd be forced to settle for that.

    I think spittin is worried about looking weak here but he shouldn't. I think the fact that we eventually all did receive the emails should erase any doubts of legitimacy. And yeah, I know I'm not cyborg or anything but I'm not staying if the draft is rerolled.
